SPECIAL POLYESTER FOAM FOR POLISHING : This foam is characterized by light cutting power with excellent refinement. It removes problems such as moderate scratches and marks from cutting pads.

COMPOSITION : Polyester foam, adherent fabric and adhesive.
VALIDITY PERIOD : 24 months.

HOW TO USE :

Before using your ORANGE FOAM PAD, make sure that the pad is placed on the Velcro disc as centered as possible to avoid vibrations.

IMPORTANT:

THE FOAM BUFFER CAN BE USED IN THE ORBITAL ROTS OF:
08 to 12 MM AT MAXIMUM SPEED FOR UP TO 5 CONSECUTIVE MINUTES
15 MM AT SPEED 05 FOR UP TO 5 CONSECUTIVE MINUTES
21 MM IN SPEED AND 04 UP TO 5 CONSECUTIVE MINUTES.

We recommend having two or three caps of each model during service to give the cap time to cool and not break the foam cells. During heating, if the cells are broken, the foam will deteriorate more quickly.
